What's built in
A skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users. Visible keyboard-focus outlines on links, buttons, and form controls. Support for reduced-motion preferences. Decorative animations and the ambient background effects turn off automatically if your system requests it. Semantic heading structure and landmark regions (header, main, footer). Color combinations checked against WCAG contrast minimums as the design system was built (documented separately for anyone who wants the numbers).
What's still in progress
A full page-by-page accessibility pass, keyboard-only navigation testing, and screen-reader testing across the newer pages (Learning, Job Hub, Contact) are active work, not finished. This page will be updated with the results once that review is complete, including anything found and fixed.
